Summary of Position

The goal of the Cornell University Class of 2015 Council is to connect classmates by rekindling memories of days on the Hill while providing support of today’s Cornell. Council members serve five year terms and have a lot of freedom on how to meet that goal. The treasurer is typically the most called upon officer for financial and strategic planning purposes. The treasurer must regularly review the class account statement for accuracy. They’ll regularly work with the Membership Chair on class dues participation and the Reunion Chair on budgeting.

It is the treasurer's responsibility to answer any question an officer might have about reimbursement, allowable expenses, conference and reunion fees. The treasurer must review the class account statement for accuracy each month.
