Summary of Position

The Reunion registration chair is responsible for working in the registration system to enter registration forms received by mail at the designated bank and to communicate with classmates registering for the 3 day event. This position is primarily active in Year 5 of the class life cycle. This position requires availability from January through the month of June of Reunion year.

The reunion registration chair will spend significant time communicating via phone and email with classmates registering for Reunion by mail or online.

Manage Projects
Reunion registration chairs must be well organized, self-sufficient managers of materials, tasks and workload. In addition this person needs to have the ability and time to devote to exploring and testing the online registration database system used for Reunion registration.

Build/Maintain Relationships

Engage Individuals
Encourage and accommodate classmates to attend Reunion. This is a customer service oriented position
