Prerequisites
Volunteers should have either experience or interest in one of the subcommittee areas. Personal attributes that will help someone with no experience be successful in these committees are:
➡️Fundraising (persuasive and interpersonal verbal and written communication and follow-up, can-do attitude, perseverance)
➡️Marketing (stellar writing communication, ability to research and apply best practices for achieving goal-oriented results)
➡️Programming (interpersonal verbal communication and follow-up, highly organized, problem-solving)
All committee members should be reliable, trustworthy, accountable, and committed to the cause, task-oriented and goal-driven.
