Summary of Position
The Club Programming Chair, Fort Collins is responsible for creating interesting opportunities for events and/or activities that align with Cornell University priorities to engage alumni, parents, and friends, specifically in the Fort Collins area. Additionally, this role will work with the other programming chairs to create interesting opportunities that bring together the larger statewide Cornell community.

It is important that the Club Programming Chair, Fort Collins is able to share ideas, suggestions, and plans with the board. Although public speaking is not mandatory, it is helpful to have a comfort level in speaking to their constituents. The ability to share a clear message is important in both speaking and communicating via email.

Lead a Group
The Club Programming Chair, Fort Collins should effectively lead the board in carrying out plans for events. Delegating tasks to the board and encouraging them to participate in various aspects of each event is important. Communication with the president and treasurer and sharing timely information on payments and contracts is crucial. It is also necessary to actively participate in the life of the club.
