Summary of Position

The Secretary shall give notice of all meetings of the organization and the Board of Directors and shallkeep accurate minutes of such meetings. The Secretary shall conduct the general correspondence andkeep the records of the organization. This person works very closely with other officer’s communication efforts, and the Cornell webmaster.
