Summary of Position
As a volunteer on the National Annual Fund Committee, you’ll reach out to Cornellians to raise unrestricted, current use gifts. This support is essential to Cornell’s ability to make strategic investments and capitalize on unexpected opportunities. You’ll connect personally with alumni who have supported Cornell’s Annual Funds in the past, asking them to raise their sights with a gift of $5K or more this year.
By making your own gift to one of Cornell’s 22 Annual Funds, you’ll set an example for your peers and inspire them to get involved. Through personal phone calls and outreach, you’ll speak with 5-10 households each year to encourage their support of the Annual Funds.
