Summary of Position
The VP of Planning and Marketing provides oversight and strategic direction for the CALSAA Planning and Marketing Committee with close partnership with the CALS AA&D office. With the committee, the VP develops the Association's goals and strategies outlined with its strategic plan and tracks progress toward achieving these goals, as well as addresses other issues related to marketing, policy, structure, and governance. The VP is also asked to serve on the CALSAA Executive Committee, which provides leadership and vision for the CALS Alumni Association.

The VP is responsible for leading and managing the CALSAA Planning and Marketing Committee. He/She works closely with CALS staff to set goals and initiatives for the committee and communicate those goals to committee members on conference calls and throughout the year.
