Summary of Position

The Membership Chair is responsible for the overall membership solicitation of the Class and collecting dues that support the Class organization. He/She develops strategies to maintain and increase Class membership participation and implements them with coordination with the Class Leadership Team and the Class Programs staff. The Membership Chair approves the membership plan for the year and follows up with non-duespayers to reach goals set by the Class Leadership Team.

Write and/or Edit

Promote the Ezra plan to the Class Leadership Team and to Classmates. When necessary, write the text for any follow up mailings and other targeted responses.

Lead/Manage/Serve

Manage Projects

Coordinate the membership mailing process with the Class Programs staff. Propose yearly goals for membership, develop strategies for reaching them and implement them including any follow up process.

Build/Maintain Relationships

Engage Individuals

Make follow-up calls or emails to Classmates who have not paid their class dues.
