Summary of Position
The Treasurer will be responsible for the finances of the organization. The treasurer will make recommendations regarding dues, reunion pricing, and the availability of funds for the bequests to the University unit being supported. The treasurer will assist the Reunion Chair in the preparation of the reunion budget. The President and Treasurer may approve expenditures for the CRC up to $500 without approval of the Executive Committee. The treasurer will also prepare an annual budget for review by the Executive Committee, which may be provided to any CRC member in good standing upon request.

The treasurer is responsible for reporting the account status to the CRC officers.

Serve on a Committee or Board
It is the treasurer's responsibility to answer any question an officer might have about reimbursement, allowable expenses, conference and reunion fees. The treasurer must review the account statement for accuracy each month.

The treasurer will maintain relationships with other CRC officers via off-campus meetings and conference calls as needed.
