Summary of Position

The principal responsibility of the Reunion registration chair is to plan and execute the CAAA Reunion in Ithaca every three years, as well as encourage alumni to participate in reunion. The Reunion registration chair is responsible for working in the registration system to enter registration forms received by mail at the designated bank and to communicate with classmates registering for the event. This position requires availability from January through the month of June of Reunion year. Additionally, as a volunteer for Cornell University, vote in Cornell's annual alumni trustee election.

Manage Projects
Reunion registration chairs must be well organized, self-sufficient managers of materials, tasks and workload. In addition this person needs to have the ability and time to devote to exploring and testing the online registration database system used for Reunion registration.

Encourage and accommodate classmates to attend Reunion. This is a customer service oriented position
