Summary of Position

The President shall be the chief executive officer of CBAA and shall have supervisory authority over the affairs of CBAA, its officers, committees and Regional Representative. The President shall preside at all meetings of the Executive Board and all meetings of the Association. The President shall, with the advice and consent of the Executive Board, appoint committees, name their chairpersons and ensure the proper performances of their functions. The President shall be an ex-officio member of all committees. The President shall represent CBAA at all meetings of the Cornell Alumni Federation or shall appoint a member to represent CBAA, and shall perform all such other duties pertaining to the Office of the President.

The President will represent the work and impact of CBAA in individual, small and large group settings. The President will also craft and send out communications to members on a variety of topics.
