Summary of Position
The Secretary shall issue notices of Association meetings and, as requested by the President, meetings of the Executive Board. The Secretary shall keep minutes of all such meetings, preserve such minutes for inspection by the membership, and maintain a copy of the Bylaws and Association correspondence. The Secretary shall also manage CBAA internet and website activities, serve as the CBAA liaison to alumni publications and perform such other duties as may be assigned by the President or Executive Board. Additionally, as a volunteer for Cornell University, vote in Cornell's annual alumni trustee election.
