Summary of Position

The President shall be the chief executive officer of the organization and chairperson of the Executive Board, and shall execute all contracts and documents required to conduct the business of the organization upon authorization of the Board. Additionally, as a volunteer for Cornell University, vote in Cornell's annual alumni trustee election.

The President will represent the work and impact of CBLAN in individual, small and large group settings. The President will also craft and send out communications to members on a variety of topics.

The President shall be the chief executive officer of the organization and chairperson of the Executive Board, and shall execute all contracts and documents required to conduct the business of the organization upon authorization of the Board.
