Summary of Position
The Secretary shall be responsible for recording the proceedings of all meetings of the CCGP and the Board of Directors, shall give notice of all meetings of the CCGP or the Board, shall have custody of the CCGP seal, and shall perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the Board or the President from time to time.

It is important that the club secretary is able to speak in board meetings and share minutes with the board. Although public speaking is not mandatory, it is helpful to have a comfort level in speaking to their constituents. The ability to share a clear message is important in both speaking and communicating via email.
