Summary of Position

The Director at Large positions will serve as members of the club and act as informed ambassadors of the Cornell Club of Long Island. They will mentor and recruit other volunteers for future leadership opportunities; facilitate and enrich connections within the local Cornell University community; extend and renew the Cornell University experience; and build further affinity and pride within the local Cornell University community. There are other opportunities to take on additional strategic opportunities and initiatives throughout the year. Directors at Large should attend and participate in club board meetings. They should also provide support and represent Cornell at any Cornell Club activities and functions.
