The Cornell in Hollywood Chair works to provide opportunities for alumni working or interested in working in Hollywood. They organize events revolving around Hollywood and run the summer Internship Program for current Cornell students.

It is important that the Cornell in Hollywood chair is able to speak in board meetings and share ideas, suggestions and plans with the board, while creating a sense of excitement and interest through provoking ideas and plans. Although public speaking is not mandatory, it is helpful to have a comfort level in speaking to their constituents. The ability to share a clear message is important in both speaking and communicating via email.
