Summary of Position

Cornell Mid-Hudson Alumni Association (CMHAA) is the dues free alumni organization in the Mid-Hudson, NY area. The purpose of CMHAA is to promote fellowship, friendship, sociability, and leadership among alumni, students, parents, and friends in the region, to advance Cornell's mission and goals in the world, to foster and strengthen constituents' relationships among each other, and to strengthen their affinity to Cornell through events, community outreach, and broad engagement. At-Large Board members transact all business of CMHAA and carry out and execute its purposes. They plan and coordinate club activities and collaborate with Alumni Affairs staff in support of regional and University-wide initiatives and programs.
