Summary of Position

Assume the duties of the Chair when s/he is unable to perform them. The Vice Chairs will support and performs duties as may be assigned to them, by the chair. Additionally, as a volunteer for Cornell University, vote in Cornell's annual alumni trustee election.

Coordinate communication among board members, officers, and committees between meetings/conference calls. Report regularly to the board at monthly meetings.

Supervise all committee chairpersons and chapter leaders; oversee special projects and ad hoc committees at the discretion of the Chair; serve as a member of the executive committee.
