Summary of Position

The Secretary will keep the minutes of the Board meetings; attend to the giving and serving of all notices, and any correspondence assigned by the President. The Secretary will collect and keep organized records (archives) of the NYC Cornellians' activity, such as event proposals, project proposals, reports, pictures any other document the Board would like to preserve for future reference. The Secretary will also serve as the CUVolunteer Administrator for the NYC Cornellians community page.
