Summary of Position

Members assist with membership recruitment and help to attract and involve alumni who are leaders in their field. Members will vet and select potential new PCCW members. Help to encourage active involvement and engagement of members in support of the university via broader engagement with other Cornell organizations and activities. To be eligible to serve on this committee, a participant must be a current PCCW Member at Large who has completed at least one full year of their term, or a Sustaining Member or Emeritus Member.

Other Meeting Details: The Membership Committee will have conference calls via technology throughout the year with the majority of the membership responsibilities taking place in late fall.

Additional Attendance Requirements: PCCW Symposium each year. The Symposium may be held on the Cornell Ithaca campus or another location off campus, at the discretion of the Steering Committee.
