Summary of Position

The Vice-President shall perform the duties of the President in the event of the President’s absence, delegation, or inability to act. The Vice-President shall also perform such other duties within the office to advance CLAA’s mission statement and vision.

The annual membership meeting shall be held at the Cornell Alumni Leadership Conference or at another venue as deemed appropriate by the Board.
