Summary of Position

The Programming Co-Chairs will facilitate the program planning for CWAN. They will be the points of contact for new event ideas and ongoing event planning. The Co-Chairs are responsible for maintaining a calendar of events for the year. The Co-Chairs are responsible for creating and maintaining event planning guides and process documents. They are also responsible for adding event documentation and materials, as well as post-event feedback and review to the CWAN Google Drive for reference. They are able to create ad-hoc committees of At-Large members to help plan and host events over the year.
