Summary of Position

Sustaining members are members who have completed their elected terms and opted to continue membership (if not otherwise selected as ex officio or emeritus members). Sustaining members are expected to: (1) attend one or more of the following Cornell events: PCCW Symposium, Homecoming, Cornell Alumni Leadership Conference (CALC), Reunion, or any sponsored regional event; (2) nominate someone for PCCW membership; and (3) make an annual gift to Cornell at a level of individual comfort, with a gift to one or more PCCW dedicated priorities encouraged. A sustaining member may not participate on the Steering Committee unless appointed as a representative of the at-large group of sustaining members.

Sustaining members are encouraged to participate without voting status in any ad hoc or standing PCCW committee, with the exception of the Steering Committee (unless appointed).
